Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff, who survived a gun attack on his car near his residence in Mumbai’s Juhu area on October 18, has sold his luxury apartment in the city’s Khar West for Rs 9 crore.

The sale of the apartment, located on the ninth floor of a residential complex on Main Avenue Road in Khar West, was officially registered on October 22. The property has a carpet area of 1,291 sq ft and comes with two covered parking spaces.

According to reports, the buyer paid Rs 54 lakh as stamp duty to complete the transaction. The Rs 9 crore sale meant an appreciation of about 18.3% over Shroff’s original purchase price.

Three gunmen opened fire at Tiger Shroff’s car in Juhu on October 18, and the actor narrowly escaped the assassination bid. Shroff’s driver and a passerby were injured in the incident.
