Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff, who survived a gun attack on his car near his residence in Mumbai’s Juhu area on October 18, has sold his luxury apartment in the city’s Khar West for Rs 9 crore.
The sale of the apartment, located on the ninth floor of a residential complex on Main Avenue Road in Khar West, was officially registered on October 22. The property has a carpet area of 1,291 sq ft and comes with two covered parking spaces.
According to reports, the buyer paid Rs 54 lakh as stamp duty to complete the transaction. The Rs 9 crore sale meant an appreciation of about 18.3% over Shroff’s original purchase price.

So far 11 people have been arrested or detained in this case. Mumbai Crime Branch arrested a man, Pranjal Thakral, in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, on October 24, Saturday, in connection with the firing on Shroff’s car. Thakral allegedly provided the second pistol to a shooter involved in the incident and had direct ties with the mastermind, Anil Pandit.
Thakral was taken to Surat in Gujarat by police, and this helped the recovery of a pistol, a country-made firearm, and cartridges hidden there. Men who fired at Shroff’s car had fled to Surat first before fleeing to Kota.
